Barber Labs is a multi-branch barbershop platform that combines public appointment booking with an internal admin system for daily operations. The product connects services, capsters, branches, customers, orders, payments, and analytics in one Next.js application.

Core Problem
A barbershop operation has to coordinate online bookings, walk-ins, schedules, service availability, staff assignment, customer history, and payments without breaking the public booking experience. The admin layer needed to make those workflows visible while preserving the existing Midtrans QRIS integration.
Business Outcome
Extended the existing Next.js App Router site with protected admin routes for overview, bookings, POS, calendar, orders, customers, capsters, services, branches, analytics, payments, notifications, and settings. Added a Prisma/PostgreSQL data model for operational records and kept the public booking and payment boundaries intact.
