Train Unloading KPI Dashboard - Operational Monitoring and Bottleneck Analysis for PT Bukit Asam Tbk 

This operational dashboard was developed during a Software Developer internship at PT Bukit Asam Tbk to monitor train unloading performance. It combines Excel ingestion, data validation, KPI calculations, bottleneck analysis, and actionable recommendations in one internal system.

Core Problem

Operational teams needed a reliable way to identify unloading delays across daily and monthly metrics. Source data required validation and processing before it could support heatmaps, DEV calculations, rankings, and recommendations.

Business Outcome

Built the dashboard with Next.js and FastAPI, including a bottleneck heatmap, DEV calculation engine, and KA leaderboard across 15+ operational metrics. Added JWT authentication, RBAC, Alembic migrations, Celery jobs, logging, CORS handling, Sentry middleware, and 100+ pytest/Jest tests.
